Celebrating our brand new accreditations

At G Comms, we care about our people. We wouldn’t be where we are without them.
This is why we’re proud to announce we have received two new accreditations. The Silver Investors in People award and the ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) accreditation.
Our new ISO qualification is in addition to our other accreditations (9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015). ISO 45001 shows that we have a framework in place for a safe working environment. This means clients and staff can trust us to provide good working conditions. It’s a global accreditation that is regularly audited and one that we will strive to uphold and improve.
Our primary concern was staff health and safety, but our clients also need us to have these accreditations. They demonstrate our commitment to being a quality driven organisation. British Assessment Bureau are themselves audited and accredited by ACAS.
We also earned the Investors in People Silver award on our first attempt. Only 15% of organisations achieve this. We’re also delighted to report that we scored significantly above average on our assessment.
Investors in People have been developing their accreditation for over 30 years. Their aim is to help companies create better workplaces for their staff. IIP audited us against three categories: leadership, support and our ability to improve.

They recognised that we are a community first company and one that is always looking to advance. The fact we’re already thinking about working towards Platinum – the highest award – says it all!
It’s the thanks we receive that make us feel valued. When all hands are on deck, the team are always acknowledged and supported.
